Please mention your time duration of association with the brand HEADWEST MIGRATION and what inspired you to start it?
I Launched HeadWest migration brand in mid 2015. As a background I am a migrant myself and had moved to Australia in 2008. I moved back to India in 2014 and looked at opportunities which existed in the job space. My friends and relatives started taking advices as to my own journey, how I went, what I did there, CAN THEY GO? That’s when I realized that there is good opportunity in this space as the existing players in the market were either dodgy or not quality conscious and were only concerned with their numbers and didn’t give importance to the life change that will happen with the client. I decided to be a mentor to people who were looking at an opportunity to go overseas through credible assistance services and that’s how idea of HeadWest Migration was born.
Please mention any unique characteristics of the brand HEADWEST MIGRATION which makes the brand different from others.
At HeadWest Migration we wear the shoes of our Client and think from there perspective. The services which we provide to our clients are life changing and can “ Transform their future”. We do the right thing the right way. Client profiling is very important to ascertain whether Client is eligible for Permanent Residency Visa. We give utmost importance to this and if we feel that there is a close to 100% match on the success criteria we take the client case on board. Our focus is on the right paperwork and documentation process assistance, hence ensuring that our business ethics are intact and are able to deliver world class service right at their doorstep through our Associates.
Also, We are one of a kind organization which provides all immigration products under one roof, be it Skilled PR immigration, Study overseas, Business migration or immigration by investment route.
Who can be a franchisee for HEADWEST MIGRATION? (franchisee profile expectation)
Ideal candidate for HeadWest Migration is someone who is passionate about changing lives of people and can work with honesty and integrity. Freshers are welcome as we provide end to end training to deliver our services. Having previous experience could be an advantage, if you have an existing IELTS training center or if you have experience in HR it could be of benefit to get the client flow where you have more chances of conversion. You could be from Insurance sales,network marketing background, sales profile or school marketer.
Where do you want to see the brand HEADWEST MIGRATION in the next financial year? What are the planned target/goals the brand wants to achieve?
I envisage exponential growth in HeadWest Migration business in the present year, given that we are covering all services under roof. We plan to open Minimum 12 franchise partners this year and our primary focus is the Tier-II towns as there is big opportunity in Tier-II towns where there is lack of genuine service providers and aspiration for overseas settlement is high due to lack of opportunities in these towns. Study Overseas is going to be our front runner as we plan to work with select credible universities and recruit quality students through our franchise partners.
Can you elaborate more about the products/services provided by HEADWEST MIGRATION?
Headwest Migration’s mainstay product has been Offshore Skilled Migration programs of Canada and Australia. Ideal for skilled professionals like IT professionals, Engineers, Accountants, Teachers, Nurses etc. Infact, Immigration Canada has taken upon them a target of inviting 1 million migrants uptil 2020. Canada, thus, has become key player for PR aspirants currently. To diversify our service portfolio we have tied up with credible University/College to offer study overseas opportunities to our clients. We can now offer Bachelor/Masters course options in Victoria University-Sydney, RMIT University-Melbourne, University of Canada West-Vancouver, CDA College- Cyprus , AND MBBS Course options in Georgian American University-Georgia (East Europe), Lincoln American University- Guyana (South America).
We also offer business migration and investment migration options to Canada, USA and Europe through strategic alliance with reputed law firms.
How’s your experience with Franchise Alpha so far?
It’s the start of our professional relationship with Franchise Alpha and so far I am impressed with the way they work. There is proper client onboarding process with proper documentation and best of all they try to assess the client in and out before taking the brand to the market.
What are your expectations from Franchise Alpha?
I envisage a long run with Franchise Alpha on our side. I am sure with their knowhow and experience in the field of franchise recruitment, we can put our franchise plan on a fast track and get 12 franchises up and running in 2018-19. I am especially impressed with their end to end client sourcing and onboarding product and not just lead based half baked solution which are dime and dozen in the market.
Where do you see the brand HEADWEST MIGRATION in the long run if you have Franchise Alpha by your side?
In the long run I see Franchise Alpha as a key player in our aim to reach all the segments of the market, be it TIER-I markets like Hyderabad, Mumbai, TIER-II markets like Lucknow, Pune or TIER-III towns like Rohtak, Moradabad. HeadWest Migration aims to be a key player offering credible services in the Immigration sector and Franchise Alpha has definitely got to play a major role if that is to happen.
