1. Agreement: To sell the product under the brand name “JAMUN TREE” (JT).
2. Agreement Period: Period of the Lease of the Premises for which Franchise is being offered and minimum of 3 years in case of own premises.
3. USP of Offer : Exclusivity for the catchment with right of first refusal to further expansions in the territory as mutually agreed to between the Parties.
