Franchisee Roles and Responsibilities

Training

• Provide two weeks training to the Franchisee/ his representative
• Travel to and fro for the first few months to meet clients and enable closures

Implementation

• Assist with necessary pre–requisites before approaching a client to make a sales pitch for the wedding
• Entire production team to execute the décor in franchisee city, when we have a wedding finalized
• Assisting the franchisee at every stage on how to take any aspect forward
• Any other services that would be required to ensure closure of business

Marketing

• Manage all marketing activities at the national level in terms of Magazine ads, Digital Marketing
• Provide brand guidelines and advertising templates, Pictures of work done, other necessary brochures & Presentations
