With 20+ outlets already thriving, we’re now expanding to 25+ new locations across India and beyond. If you’re looking to bring a proven, profitable food brand to your city—this is your chance to lead the way.

INVESTMENT ( EXPECTED)

To start your own Circle of Crust outlet, the expected investment begins at ₹35 Lakhs+, depending on the location, format, and scale. This includes setup, interiors, initial stock, and brand onboarding support.

FRANCHISE FEES

A one-time franchise fee of ₹6 Lakhs grants you the rights to operate under the Circle of Crust brand, along with access to our recipes, systems, training programs, and full startup support.

ROYALTY FEE     

₹0 Monthly Royalty.
At Circle of Crust, we believe our success is shared. That’s why we charge no ongoing royalty fees, allowing franchise partners to maximize their profitability from day one.

AREA (SQ.FT.)

A minimum of 500 sq. ft. is required to set up a Circle of Crust outlet. Whether in a high-street location, food court, or standalone format, we’ll help you optimize space for efficiency and experience.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT (EXPECTED)

Franchise partners can expect an approximate ROI of 250% over 5 years, based on location, performance, and operational efficiency. Our business model is designed to deliver consistent profitability and long-term growth.

PAYBACK PERIOD( EXPECTED)

Franchisees typically achieve payback within 26 to 28 months, making Circle of Crust a smart and timely investment opportunity in the fast-casual dining space.

FINANCING ASSISTANCE

Each Circle of Crust outlet typically requires a team of 8–10 employees, including kitchen staff, service crew, and store management. We assist you in recruitment and training to ensure smooth operations from day one.

TRAINING SUPPORT     

Circle of Crust provides comprehensive training for franchisees and their teams. From culinary standards to customer service, inventory to operations—we equip you with everything needed for a successful launch and sustained growth.

MARKETING SUPPORT 

We’ve got your brand launch and growth covered. Circle of Crust provides end-to-end marketing support, including pre-launch promotions, digital campaigns, in-store branding, influencer tie-ups, and more—ensuring you attract the right audience from day one.

TRAINING LOCATIONS

Franchise training is conducted at our certified training centers in Pune and Chandigarh. These sessions are designed to provide hands-on experience in real-time operations and ensure your team is fully prepared for launch.

TRAINING DAYS

Our franchise training program spans 21 days, covering everything from culinary practices and customer service to inventory control and operational management—ensuring you’re ready to run a successful outlet from day one.

AGREEMENT TERMS   

Each franchise partnership is secured with a 5-year agreement, ensuring long-term stability and mutual growth. Renewal options are available upon successful completion of the term.

EXCLUSIVITY OPTION    

No territorial exclusivity is provided under the Circle of Crust franchise model. This ensures competitive performance, territory optimization, and faster brand penetration across regions.

RENEWAL TERM

After the initial 5-year franchise agreement, renewal is available at 50% of the initial investment value for the next term of 5 years—offering you continued growth and partnership with Circle of Crust.

STAFF RECRUITMENT SUPPORT

Circle of Crust provides comprehensive staff recruitment support to help you hire the right talent for your outlet. From assistance with job descriptions to interviews and onboarding, we ensure you have a skilled and motivated team ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

OPERATIONS MANUAL SUPPORT

Circle of Crust provides a detailed operations manual that covers every aspect of running your franchise—from store setup and daily operations to inventory management and customer service. This comprehensive guide ensures consistency and quality across all outlets.

MARKETING MATERIAL SUPPORT           

We provide complete marketing material support, including digital assets, in-store promotional materials, branding guidelines, and seasonal offers. From grand opening campaigns to ongoing promotions, Circle of Crust ensures you have everything needed to attract and retain customers.

SITE SELECTION SUPPORT           

Circle of Crust provides joint site selection support, helping you choose the best location for your franchise. Our team works with you to evaluate potential sites based on foot traffic, demographics, and other key factors, ensuring you set up your outlet in a high-visibility, high-traffic area for optimal success.
