By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional agreements you may enter into with Franchise Alpha.

If you do not agree to any portion of these terms, please do not use the Website or associated services.

2. Definitions

User: Any visitor, registered member, advertiser, or service recipient.
Franchisor: Any business entity seeking to list franchise opportunities.
Business Seeker: Any individual or entity exploring investment or franchise opportunities.
Advertiser: Any party purchasing promotional placements, ads, or listings.
Content: All text, data, images, videos, links, profiles, and communications on the site.

3. General Disclaimers

Franchise Alpha provides this platform as an intermediary. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy, profitability, or compliance of any franchise opportunity or advertiser on our platform.

All content is provided “as-is” and “as available“, and no warranties, either express or implied, are made regarding its accuracy or reliability.

Users are strongly advised to:

Conduct independent due diligence.
Seek legal, accounting, and franchise advisory before engaging in any opportunity.
Be aware that franchising involves risks including, but not limited to, financial loss, non-performance, or misrepresentation by third parties.

Franchise Alpha shall not be liable for:

Any financial loss or business failure resulting from use of or reliance on this site.
Actions taken based on listings, advertisements, calls, emails, webinars, or other information.
Third-party actions, fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation.

4. User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

Use this website only for lawful purposes.
Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Refrain from infringing intellectual property rights.
Not post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive, or otherwise objectionable material.

Users submitting content grant Franchise Alpha a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to:

Use, copy, edit, translate, publish, display, distribute, and sub-license such content.

Moral Rights Waiver: You waive any right to attribution and any objection to derogatory treatment of your content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You confirm that:

You own or have legal rights to the submitted content.
It is not defamatory or in breach of any applicable laws.
Franchise Alpha has no obligation to store, retain, or return any content.

6. Franchise Listings & Advertiser Responsibility

Franchisors and advertisers agree to:

Provide only verified, accurate, and up-to-date information.
Comply with applicable laws (including advertising and FDI regulations).
Be liable for any misstatements, IP infringements, or third-party claims arising from their content.

Franchise Alpha may:

Refuse or remove listings or ads without liability.
Require verification of business registration, franchise rights, or identity.
Not be held liable for the performance or outcome of any lead, listing, or commercial negotiation.

Advertisers must:

Pay applicable fees and 18% GST.
Not promote restricted, illegal, or unverified opportunities.
Follow onboarding and activation steps shared in writing.

7. User Communications & Consent

By submitting your contact details, you:

Authorize Franchise Alpha to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Understand and consent to being contacted even if your number is on DND/NCPR lists.
May receive automated or manual communications.

8. Events, Webinars & Live Sessions

Participation in events/webinars is subject to:

Payment of fees (non-refundable unless otherwise stated).
Consent to photography, audio/video recording.
Respect of platform etiquette and rules.
Franchise Alpha’s right to deny admission or remove attendees for misconduct.

9. Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

There is a breach of these Terms or other policies.
Payment disputes, fraud, or impersonation are detected.
A user’s activities threaten platform stability, legal standing, or user safety.

Suspended users are not entitled to refunds and may be permanently restricted.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Franchise Alpha values customer satisfaction and service integrity. Please read the following carefully before purchasing any service.

A. General Principles

All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds are only processed for services where delivery has not commenced and upon a valid written request.
Accessing or benefiting from the service (e.g., login, listing, promotion) voids refund eligibility.

B. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be emailed to accounts@franchisealpha.com within 7 calendar days of payment.
Requests received after this period will not be eligible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.

C. Non-Refundable Services

Listings or promotions already live on the website or social media.
Services accessed through login credentials or custom onboarding.
Consulting services already initiated (e.g., onboarding call, documentation sharing).
Paid webinars, events, subscriptions beyond 7 days.

D. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested in writing to accounts@franchisealpha.com.
Any ongoing subscription cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.

E. GST & Deductions

All fees mentioned are exclusive of GST (currently 18%).
If a refund is issued, applicable gateway charges and processing fees may be deducted.

F. Abuse & Dispute Policy

Repeated refund claims without valid cause, chargebacks, or disputes may lead to account suspension.
Franchise Alpha reserves the right to deny future access to users abusing this policy.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect and store user data including names, email, IP, cookies, phone numbers, and browser activity for service delivery, analytics, and security.

Cookies are used to track user activity and preferences. You may manage these via browser settings.

Third-party vendors may have limited access to your data strictly for service delivery. We comply with Indian data protection standards.

12. Fraud Alert & Communication Policy

All official communication is via @franchisealpha.com domain.
We do not authorize third parties to collect payments or act on our behalf unless expressly stated.
Report fraud attempts or impersonation to: legal@franchisealpha.com
We disclaim all liability for user dealings with impersonators or third parties not listed on our site.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Franchise Alpha is not liable for loss of business, revenue, data, goodwill, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability in all circumstances is limited to the lesser of (a) amount paid by the user for the disputed service or (b) INR 10,000.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Franchise Alpha and its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, and expenses arising out of:

Your content, conduct, or access of the Website.
Breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Violation of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

16. Modifications

Franchise Alpha may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes implies your acceptance. We encourage periodic review.

17. Severability

If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreements you enter with us, represent the entire understanding between you and Franchise Alpha.
