Upfront marketing cost is included in the investment amount. We suggest an extra 20k – 25k per month spend for marketing by us (This part is not included in royalty and not compulsory but strongly recommended for 1st one year)

STAFF RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
For franchises in Kolkata and around, trainers can be hired with support of franchisor
For front desk staff, a 7 days of FREE training at our corporate office and one of our South Kolkata Gyms, is mandatory. An operations training is also recommended for the manager / owner of the franchisee
For Outside & Non Certified Trainers, Certification Is Compulsory With An Additional Fees Of Rs 10,000/- For A Full 3 Months Certification And Internship For Recruitment Of Uncertified Trainers. For certified trainers, just 1 month of FREE crash course certification and 15 days of internship is enough
OPERATIONS MANUAL SUPPORT
Will be provided by franchisor in written form
MARKETING MATERIAL SUPPORT
Will be provided by franchisor. If the marketing fees are paid, the list of leads, interested in the franchisee gym, will be shared on a regular basis
SITE SELECTION SUPPORT
Must be approved by franchisor. For franchises in Kolkata, extra benefit of site selection can be provided with a separate advance payment for the same
