FRANCHISE FEES

AGREEMENT TERMS   

The franchise agreement is valid for a period of 7 years, with a 3-year lock-in period. This structure ensures long-term stability while protecting the interests of both the franchisor and the franchisee during the critical early years of operation.

EXCLUSIVITY OPTION    

Yes, Kiddles offers territorial exclusivity to its franchise partners. This ensures that each franchisee enjoys protected operational rights within a defined geographic area, promoting healthy market control and profitability without intra-brand competition.

RENEWAL TERM

The Kiddles franchise agreement is renewable for an additional 7 years upon completion of the initial term, subject to mutual agreement and applicable renewal terms. This ensures long-term continuity and business growth for committed partners.

OPERATIONS MANUAL SUPPORT

MARKETING MATERIAL SUPPORT
