Manbhavan is Founded by Mr. Rahul Chandak under the registered company name ‘Raghav Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd.’
Our founder has a rich experience in hospitality industry and his experience is valuable in the growth of our Brand.
FRANCHISING SINCE
We are franchising Thali Restaurants under our Brand Name “Manbhavan Premium Thali Restuarant” since 2020.
Before opening our own brand, our founder had a successful stint with “Panchavati Gaurav” and helped the brand grow from 2 restaurants to 30+ across the country.

TRAINING SUPPORT
We provide full training support right from the initial stage till the opening of the Restaurant. The training is provided to the staff on regular basis. Staff requirements are regularly updated and fulfilled by us as and when required.
MARKETING SUPPORT
We manage Marketing from our Head office centrally. We provide printing and marketing support including print media, social media.
We also have tie ups with bloggers who visit our location across India and provide necessary support to boost up sales.
TRAINING LOCATIONS
Before Opening of Franchise – Inhouse staff training is provided to the staff by giving them on the job training in our existing locations. Off the job training for managerial levels is also provided from the Head Office.
Regular onsite trainings are provided from time to time as per the requirements.

On the Job training – 15 to 30 days (depending on the experience of the staff)
AGREEMENT TERMS
5 years
EXCLUSIVITY OPTION
Depending on the type of agreement, we ensure that our franchisees are not within a radius of 6 kms.
RENEWAL TERM
3 – 5 years (Depending on full honour of the franchisee contract by the Franchisee)
STAFF RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
Full support of recruitment and selection of staff is provided by us to all the Franchisees from time to time as per the requirements.
OPERATIONS MANUAL SUPPORT
Provided to all the franchisees initially at the time of opening
MARKETING MATERIAL SUPPORT
Regular marketing support is provided digitally and the printing is done at franchise locations.
SITE SELECTION SUPPORT
Our team visits the site before finalising the location.
Recommendations are provided to the franchisee owner regarding the selection of the site as per the needs.
