BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
– A franchise of a well established laundry chain. We are situated in New Delhi.
– We give clothing services, for example, cleaning, washing, steam pressing, home cleaning, vehicle cleaning.
– Our business offers home pickup and drop off of clothing.
– We get 15-20 requests during the end of the week and 10-12 requests during the weekday.
– There is mobile application and website, which is provided by the company through which customers can place orders.
– The franchise agreement is for 5 years. The first year is currently going on and the Franchise fee of Rs. 4 lakh plus tax is paid to the brand for 5 years, and the agreement is renewable after the period for an amount of Rs. 3 Lakh plus tax.
– There is a fixed monthly royalty of Rs. 7,000 including GST that is payable.
