Since we are at initial stage of franchise business we expect brand, marketing strategy and collateral, legal documentation, an operation manual, financial models and performance data and support structures from Franchise Alpha. It’s also important to create viable systems and processes to ensure the efficient operation of the business, while uplifting brand’s profitability and establishing a distinction from competitors in the market.
