ROYALTY FEE
10% of revenue for Montessori Play School.
10% of revenue for Senior Secondary School, subject to a minimum annual cap of ₹8 Lakhs and a maximum annual cap of ₹30 Lakhs.

Montessori Play School: 2,500 – 10,000 Sq. Ft. covered area in a residential location.
Senior Secondary School: Ideally 4 acres. Depending on city classification, land requirements may vary between 2 to 5 acres.
